Neighbor to Neighbor Advocates is a corporation with headquarters in Los Angeles. It was created based upon a concept that was first envisioned back in 2009 by one of the founders; the concept was to assist local Angelenos with their real property and financing needs. All of the corporation's founders are mortgage and real estate professionals, who share a desire to make a difference in their community by educating their clients, so that they can make informed decisions regarding their real estate and real property financing transactions.
The founders experience within this industry dates back to 1999, when the housing and economic market was a lot easier to understand. Because of the multiple recent Federal and State regulations that have been enacted in relation to real property finance, many people find Real Estate, Financing, and related matters to be complex, but It is our goal to make these issues easy to understand, so that all of our clients can make informed decisions.
We also understand and appreciate that real estate markets vary throughout the nation; as Los Angeles natives, we understand that markets vary within Los Angeles County and even within the cities. Unfortunately, large lenders and professionals within the industry do not know what is going on in our community, which is why they cannot give direct answers, but rather provide vague and ambiguous advice, which gives little to no direction.
We are here to help our local community with their needs and want to be able to assist you with any questions you may have so that you are in control of your financial well-being.
